Our 5-Step Process
Consultation
We start with an arranged visit to your home, allowing for a relaxed and informal hour or so consultation, where we chat about your project, your aspirations, and what issues you are facing.
During our visit, we'll discuss your ideas, style preferences, and any possessions you would love us to include, whilst exploring the flow, feel, and potential of your space. We'll also guide you through our design process with your budget in mind.
We retreat to the studio bringing samples together and we start to develop a mood board for you. This becomes the foundation of your creative journey with us, offering inspiration and direction as your project begins to take shape.
Designing
Once we have captured your vision through mood boards, we work collaboratively to start the designing process. This is where the magic begins. We proceed to create your floorplans & elevations and explore all the possibilities your space will allow, possibly breaking through to an adjoining room, or we may suggest a new window or door position. If there is potential to enhance, we will suggest it. We move on to crafting a detailed, 3D rendered vision of your space to give you a clear view of what's to come, checking all viewpoints. Unlike traditional kitchen or bathroom companies, we approach cabinetry with an interior designer's eye, not only considering layout and joinery, but incorporating colour palettes, lighting, fabrics and finishes that tie your whole home together.
If you are wanting our help upgrading your home, our design fees work on a square metre basis. Meaning the design cost is different for every room depending on the time frame and complexity of each project.
Studio Visit
We welcome you to our studio and present our ideas on our computer-aided design 'Winner' software, and take you on a 3D walk-through so you really feel and understand your new space. We have 3 levels of product offering: Good, Better and Best. We can give you an approximate budget so you have an idea of cost for whichever products you favour, whilst discussing any changes you wish and making sure the plan feels right for you.
Once we have gathered all information and the concept is agreed, as a team we gather all costings and build a full proposal so everything you need to understand is in one place.
Project Approval & Payment
When everything feels right, we agree and confirm all materials to be ordered. Once we have received your deposit and have a payment schedule agreed, we carefully place all your orders, then await & check confirmations. Now we can secure a start date and create a schedule of works and our trusted fitters and installers.
We introduce you to our trades people in advance, so we can run through your project so you're familiar with our team and the finer details before installation. Behind the scenes, we are handling every part of your project, such as deliveries and checking all placed orders, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey. We keep communication open, making the process stress-free and clear throughout.
Deliveries & Installation
Our team only work on your project at any one time, allowing us to give you our full attention to every detail. Having met with our experienced installers, you will feel confident and familiar with the process ahead. We provide a clear schedule, so you know who and what to expect each day, helping you feel informed and in control. Installation begins and your design is transformed into reality. On the start date, we take care to protect your carpets, assist with skip placement, and check all deliveries as they arrive, making sure everything is present and correct. We remain on hand throughout the project, overseeing progress at every stage to ensure the entire experience is as smooth and stress free as possible.
Each project is a collaboration, a story, and ultimately a work of art, aiming to tell your story beautifully.
